The Weekly EDGE : Wednesday April 16, 2020 - Now purchasing home equipment for clients

Good morning Edge family,

Well, we are now 4 weeks out. Any one going stir crazy yet?

One thing I have been very impressed with is that many of you are really learning how to workout at home. This is going to be a great component to your wellness moving forward. If you can’t get to the gym, whether that is with me at Edge Fitness or your favorite health club, you now have no excuse. Nothing like the convenience of not having to step out the door to stay consistent with your personal workouts and overall health and fitness.

Equipment Purchasing:

I have now started taking orders for clients and purchasing necessary home equipment. It has been very challenging finding things that are not sold out. Partly because many active individuals have stocked up.. seriously. Think toilet paper. And secondly, many of the manufacturers have been shut down. Although, fitness equipment has been now deemed ‘essential’ so the production is ramping back up.

Personalized Home Plan:

As I have mentioned before I am designing personalized home workouts. I have now created a more formal version of this. I have a COVID 19 special right now where I assess your situation (abilities, goals, where you will be working out.. .garage, a room, outside, etc.) and the equipment you have or that we purchased. And then I create your custom plan, complete with exercise photos and descriptions. Or I can set you up on the EDGE Trainerize program where you can assess videos and more detailed instruction of the recommended exercises. Finally, we have (1) Zoom video conferencing appointment where we discuss the workout and I can answer any questions you have.

The total cost is $200.

I also have updated my entire website, and you will notice I have more extensive home/remote training plans.

Click any of the two blue buttons below to learn more about the Remote EDGE and the Remote EDGE+ programs

So please let me know if you would like to invest in the COVID 19 special, or if you would like to get involved with one of the more extensive Remote EDGE plans.

Stay Strong,

Derek
