Having personally worked with over 250 clients during the last 15 years, Derek Heintz, owner of Edge Fitness, realized the growing need to go beyond a typical personal training or group workout session. He developed a comprehensive fitness program that would deliver great results while being customized to fit into a client’s busy lifestyle. The 8 Week EDGE™ program is a fantastic ’kick start‘ for someone who wants to get their health and fitness back in order or an awesome accelerator for someone who has plateaued and wants to see results again.

During the first 2 weeks our team of experienced trainers will tailor a complete and balanced fitness program for you. Each customized 8 Week EDGE™ program includes an online nutrition and menu system, workout and flexibility plan, scheduled progress assessments, and motivational personal sessions. You will personally track your success in your online program. Programs can be designed to be used at our location, the gym of your choice, outdoors or the comfort of your own home.

Training Levels

Essential

Our team will develop and educate you on your new personalized training program. This level includes a Fitness and Goal Assessment, optional Nutrition Plan Session, 6 Personal Training Sessions, 2 Progress Check Ups, and 1 year online nutrition and exercise program. Program Design for intermediate to advanced clients.

 

Accelerated

Includes additional one-on-one training sessions for those clients who seek extra motivation and guidance. This level includes a Fitness and Goal Assessment, optional Nutrition Plan Sessions, 16 Personal training Sessions, 2 Progress Check Ups, and 1 year online nutrition and exercise program. 2 sessions per week - recommended for new clients.

 

Ultimate

This option best suits you if you want one-on-one training almost almost every time you workout. This plan is the most effective way to maximize results. It includes a Fitness and Goal Assessment, optional Nutrition Plan Session, 24 Personal Training Sessions, 2 Progress Check Ups, and 1 year online nutrition and exercise program. 3 sessions per week for all levels.
